While every property is different, our maintenance team handles the following:

 Regular inspections to ensure that our quality standards are met and to verify compliance
 Perform comprehensive building and property reviews once each month
 When necessary, provide a customer service representative to field all requests for maintenance services and dispatch the appropriate personnel
 Overall building maintenance, and if necessary, repair
 HVAC service, maintenance, and if necessary, repair
 Plumbing maintenance and, if necessary, repair
 Mechanical maintenance and, if necessary, repair
 Electrical maintenance and, if necessary, repair
 Preventive maintenance for all building systems
 Landscaping maintenance
 Monitor performance quality levels of all outside service vendors.
 Communicate with tenants promptly and proactively
