Team Spotlight: Meet Ezra! - Vista Holdings

Our services include property management, leasing, maintenance, customer service, investment sales, and property accounting. 

We have built a solid team over the past 20 years. Ezra has been a part of the team for two years and brings a fresh perspective to the business. He has had various internships at local real estate firms, both commercial and residential. Along with that, he had a job in Colorado as a social media manager. These talents lend themselves well to the real estate world. Learn a little more about Ezra: 

What drew you to Vista Holdings?

I have been around real estate my entire life. I was put in contact with Sarah Catherine Alfrod and bothered her until she hired me.

What is your role at Vista Holdings/what does it entail?

I’m an associate vice president, and I handle pretty much anything I can. Office leasing is my main focus on the landlord side, but we do buying and selling as well.

What would you like clients to know about Vista Holdings? 

We put our client’s best interests first and are always on the lookout for a good deal.

What is your favorite part of your workday?

My favorite part of the workday is the first hour of the morning when I get all my ducks in a row.

What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?

When I am not working, I spend my time walking the dog, going to concerts, eating good food, and being with people I love.

What is your favorite thing about being in/near Dallas?

The best thing about this area is that everything is within 20 minutes.

Where’s your favorite place to eat in/near Dallas?

It would have to be Oishi, it’s the best.
